• Garlic: Adds a rich, savory flavor while offering immune-boosting benefits.
• Ginger: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, ginger also enhances digestion and adds a warm, spicy kick to the dish.
• Soy Sauce or Tamari: Provides a deep, umami flavor, with Tamari being a great gluten-free option.
• Sesame Oil: Rich in healthy fats, sesame oil adds a delightful nuttiness to the stir-fry.
• Low-Carb Sweetener: Balances the savory flavors without adding extra carbs, making it ideal for low-carb diets.
